Hey Alex,
I am not sure if you are the person to say this to, but Nicole has done so much to correct my numbers and is unbelievably on top of things. She got us to have a profit of 13k in May which is my highest month to date. Under our old biller, we made 22k for 6 months in 2022 so you can see how much of a difference she made by doing a good job. I told her this myself, but I wanted her to be recognized because we handed you a massive mess and she addressed every single one of my concerns even if I accidentally doubled up on her or added to the confusion.
